Authenticated reply-channel injection via foreign binding

Incorrect authorization in RabbitMQ Server allows remote authenticated users to inject messages into other tenants' reply channels. The bind path accepts volatile amq.rabbitmq.reply-to names as valid targets, while Khepri stores no queue record and unbind returns without deleting the route. A tenant needs ordinary bind and publish permissions in a shared virtual host; successful exploitation delivers unsolicited replies and leaves phantom routes that silently lose messages.
