Arbitrary file write via unchecked output paths

Path traversal in OSCAL Compass Compliance-trestle before 3.12.4 and 4.0.0 through 4.0.3 allows attackers to write files via output paths. The generate commands join the untrusted output argument to the workspace root but apply only a task-name collision check, allowing absolute paths and traversal segments to escape the workspace. Exploitation requires trusted automation to derive that argument from untrusted data; force-overwrite also recursively deletes the selected directory tree.
