Memory corruption via single-step response-buffer growth

Heap buffer overflow in the PJLIB-UTIL HTTP client in Teluu PJPROJECT 2.17 and earlier allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via HTTP. http_on_data_read doubles the whole-body response buffer only once, then copies a chunk that can exceed the allocation when Content-Length is undersized. Reachability requires completion-callback buffering without on_data_read and a malicious or man-in-the-middle HTTP server; outcomes range from application crash to memory corruption.
