Client crash via pre-check planar buffer dereference

Out-of-bounds read in FreeRDP 3.21.0 and later before 3.28.0 allows remote attackers to crash GFX clients via a malicious RDP server. The planar_decompress_plane_rle_only function dereferences srcp for a control byte before checking it against SrcSize, so a planar WireToSurface payload truncated by one byte reaches an out-of-bounds read. The client must use the GFX pipeline and connect to the attacker-controlled server; no further user interaction is required.
