Unauthenticated impersonation via hardcoded JWT signing key

Improper authentication in PraisonAI Platform before 0.1.6 allows remote attackers to impersonate users with forged session JWTs. AuthService reads a public HS256 fallback key when PLATFORM_JWT_SECRET is unset, while PLATFORM_ENV defaults to dev and disables both fail-closed guards. The default deployment is exposed; knowing a target sub identifier permits user or workspace-owner impersonation and owner-level data access, modification, or deletion.
