Unauthenticated agent invocation via disabled auth mode

Improper authentication in PraisonAI before 4.6.62 allows remote attackers to invoke registered agents through the Call API. The verify_token dependency returns immediately when PRAISONAI_CALL_AUTH equals disabled, so /api/v1/agents/{id}/invoke never checks CALL_SERVER_TOKEN. Exploitation requires an exposed server configured with the advertised opt-out and grants access to registered agents, connected tools, or private context.
