Unauthenticated agent execution via unprotected Jobs API
Published Sep 14, 2026 · Updated Sep 14, 2026
Authentication bypass in PraisonAI before 4.6.59 allows remote attackers to execute agent jobs and read or disrupt other jobs. The create_app function mounts create_router at /api/v1/runs without middleware, router dependencies, or per-route identity and ownership checks. A network-reachable Jobs server therefore accepts attacker-controlled prompts and configuration while exposing job results and control operations under the service account.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
