Arbitrary file read via file-mention path traversal

Path traversal in PraisonAI praisonaiagents before 1.6.59 allows remote attackers to read process-accessible files through crafted @file: prompts. MentionsParser._process_file_mention falls back from workspace-relative resolution to Path(file_path) without traversal, symlink, or boundary checks. Reachability requires control of an agent prompt through chat, bot, web UI, or workflow input, and exposure is limited to files readable by the process.
