Browser script execution via unescaped roomname reflection
Published Apr 6, 2026 · Updated Apr 6, 2026
Reflected XSS in Code Projects Online Hotel Booking 1.0 allows remote attackers to inject browser script through the roomname parameter. The /booknow.php handler reflects the request value into an HTML response without neutralizing executable markup, so a crafted booking URL runs script in a visitor's browser. No account is required, but a visitor must follow the crafted link; execution remains within the application's browser origin and can alter content or actions in that session.
