CVE-2026-57032Network attack vector

Authenticated service outage via unsupported telemetry subscription

Published Jul 9, 2026 · Updated Jul 9, 2026

Improper undefined-parameter handling in Junos OS on affected EX Series switches allows remote authenticated users to crash the FPC via gRPC. The packet forwarding engine fails to handle the undefined sensor resource returned for an unsupported path, causing the FPC process to terminate. The issue is reachable only when gRPC is enabled and low-privilege credentials can subscribe to telemetry; service resumes after the module restarts.
