Resource exhaustion via untimed HTTP/2 preface read

Denial of service in Go standard library net/http allows remote attackers to exhaust resources through slow unencrypted HTTP/2 connections. The server's HTTP/2 preface probe reads initial connection bytes without applying the configured ReadHeaderTimeout. Exposure requires unencrypted HTTP/2 support and a header timeout; stalled connections can remain open indefinitely and consume server resources.
