Decoding process crash via out-of-range PGN lookup

Global buffer over-read in CANboat 6.22 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash decoding processes via a crafted NMEA 2000 message. The searchForPgn() binary search treats pgnListSize as a valid closed upper bound, so an out-of-range PGN indexes pgnList[] one element past its end. Exposure requires a direct CAN-bus frame or an N2K-over-IP or log path that feeds the analyzer; triggering it interrupts the decoding process.
