Application crash via negative observation-code index

Out-of-bounds reads in RTKLIB through 2.4.3 allow attackers to crash RINEX-processing applications via crafted observation files. In getcodepri, an unknown observation code makes code2obs return index zero, but codepris is indexed at j-1 and obs[1] is read past an empty string. Processing a malicious RINEX header is required; adjacent global data can influence the returned priority, but no direct disclosure channel is demonstrated.
