Cross-tenant alarm deletion via unscoped bulk query

IDOR in OpenRemote before 1.25.0 allows remote authenticated users to permanently delete other tenants' alarms via arbitrary alarm IDs. AlarmResourceImpl.removeAlarms() accepts caller-supplied IDs, while its JPA selection and deletion queries omit any realm predicate. Alarm-write permission in any realm is sufficient to enumerate sequential IDs and destroy cross-tenant alarm records without authorization.
