Credential disclosure via disabled target response masking

Information disclosure in Parseable before 2.9.2 allows remote authenticated users to read notification-target credentials through its API. The disabled mask calls return raw Target objects, serializing webhook URLs, headers, and AlertManager passwords instead of redacted values. A reader role with GetAlert access can retrieve every target in its tenant, exposing reusable credentials and internal endpoint locations.
