Unauthenticated database access via permissive checkAdmin

Authentication bypass in Gorse before 0.5.10 allows remote attackers to dump or overwrite its database through maintenance APIs. The /api/dump and /api/restore handlers call checkAdmin, which returns true when the empty-by-default admin_api_key setting is blank instead of requiring dashboard login. Any network client that can reach the master HTTP port can read all user, item, and feedback records or replace the dataset without credentials.
