Authenticated RCE via Pack symlink following

Symlink following in Cribl Stream before 4.18.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through a crafted Git Pack import. The Git importer preserves a symbolic link in a Pack's functions directory, so pipeline preview resolves and loads code outside the intended Pack tree. Pack import and pipeline preview permissions are both required, and successful exploitation runs arbitrary code with the Cribl server process's privileges.
