Authenticated internal-service SSRF via DNS rebinding

SSRF in 9Router before 0.5.2 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal HTTP services through vision image prefetch. The fetchImageAsBase64 path in open-sse/translator/concerns/image.js validates one DNS answer but fetches after an independent lookup, so a rebinding name swaps a public address for a private one. Access to the LLM proxy and a vision-capable model are required; resulting requests can probe internal services and disclose content when an endpoint returns valid image bytes.
