Unauthenticated API access via loopback proxy trust
Published Jul 10, 2026 · Updated Jul 10, 2026
Authentication bypass in Decolua 9Router before 0.5.2 allows remote attackers to access /v1 APIs without an API key via a reverse proxy. The isLocalRequest logic in src/dashboardGuard.js trusts the loopback socket stamped by custom-server.js and ignores forwarding headers that identify the external client. Exploitation requires a same-host reverse proxy to forward public, non-Origin traffic over loopback; exposed endpoints disclose models and can consume configured provider credentials.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
