Spreadsheet formula execution via unsanitized CSV cells

CSV injection in Dool 1.3.8 and earlier allows local users to execute spreadsheet formulas through exported process names. The CSV exporter writes process names beginning with =, +, -, or @ into cells without neutralizing formula syntax. The attacker must run a specially named local process, and execution occurs only when another user exports the metrics and opens the CSV in a spreadsheet application.
