Command restriction bypass via unchecked certificate options

Improper certificate validation in Apache MINA SSHD servers allows remote authenticated users to bypass certificate command restrictions. Server-side OpenSSH user-certificate validation accepts unsupported force-command and verify-required options without enforcing or rejecting them. A trusted certificate authority must issue the attacker's certificate, and available commands depend on the embedding server implementation.
