CVE-2026-56568Network attack vector

Information disclosure via verbose API error messages

Published Jul 31, 2026 · Updated Jul 31, 2026

Information exposure in HCL iControl 4.3.0 and 4.4.0 allows remote attackers to read internal application details via API errors. The client-side API error path renders raw server responses instead of generic messages, exposing endpoint names, request parameters, error codes, and authentication status. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the disclosure provides diagnostic details without reported data changes or service interruption.
