Application crash via AMR-NB stack overwrite

Stack-based buffer overflow in Wireshark 4.4.0 through 4.4.14 and 4.6.0 through 4.6.4 allows attackers to crash the application. codec_amr_decode writes an attacker-controlled byte beyond its 32-byte aligned stack buffer while converting a mode 7 bandwidth-efficient RTP frame. Exploitation requires a crafted capture and user playback of its RTP stream; the demonstrated consequence is a crash, not code execution.
