Arbitrary file write via unchecked SCP filenames

Path traversal in Apache MINA SSHD 2.18.0 and earlier and 3.0.0-M1 through 3.0.0-M4 allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files. The sshd-scp receiver accepts path-bearing filenames from SCP C and D commands without ensuring that the resolved destination stays within the requested directory. Exposure requires an application to receive files through the affected SCP implementation, and exploitation writes files to attacker-selected locations.
