CVE-2026-56424Network attack vector

Cross-organization data tampering via mismatched authorization targets

Published Jun 22, 2026 · Updated Jun 22, 2026

Broken access control in MISP 2.5.41 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to modify or delete cross-organization data. Multiple write paths authorize a route object or viewable parent but mutate a body-selected or separately loaded report, element, analyst record, or model. Subsystem-specific permissions are required; successful access permits unauthorized tampering or deletion across organizations and disrupts analyst workflows.
