Cross-organization deletion via unchecked bulk authorization

Missing authorization in MISP 2.5.41 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete other organizations' reports and groups. The EventReportsController and SharingGroupsController deleteSelection handlers accept selected IDs or UUIDs but authorize each batch with broad role permissions instead of per-object ownership checks. Contributor-level perm_add access reaches report deletion, while perm_sharing_group access reaches group deletion, causing instance-wide loss outside the user's organization.
