Account takeover via OAuth profile SVG injection

Stored XSS in Open WebUI before 0.9.5 allows remote authenticated users to take over accounts through crafted OAuth profile images. The OAuth picture processor infers MIME type from the URL extension, bypasses the profile-image allowlist, and stores SVG content that the image endpoint serves inline. OAuth picture synchronization, control of an identity-provider picture URL, and victim navigation to the image are required; executed script can read the victim's stored token.
