Memory exhaustion via unreleased TXT texture objects

Memory leak in ImageMagick before 7.1.2-15 and 6.9.13-40 allows remote attackers to consume memory via crafted TXT files. In ReadTEXTImage in coders/txt.c, a failed GetTypeMetrics call exits without passing the texture returned by ReadImage to DestroyImageList. Processing requires a TXT file with a texture attribute on a build without FreeType; repeated failures degrade availability without exposing or modifying data.
