Image-processing crash via unchecked artifact indices

Out-of-bounds access in ImageMagick 6.x before 6.9.13-44 and 7.x before 7.1.2-19 allows local users to crash processing. ConnectedComponentsImage() uses indices parsed from connected-components:keep, keep-top, and remove-colors artifacts to access the object array without checking them against component_image->colors. Exploitation requires user interaction and control of CLI artifact values; the upstream assessment reports an access violation and availability impact only.
