Pixel plaintext recovery via AES-CTR keystream reuse

Information disclosure in ImageMagick 6 before 6.9.13-47 and 7 before 7.1.2-22 allows remote attackers to recover encrypted pixel data. PasskeyEncipherImage derives the AES key and initial counter deterministically from the passphrase and image dimensions, causing equal-size images encrypted with one passphrase to reuse a CTR keystream. Exploitation requires access to such ciphertexts and reveals pixel plaintext without changing images or interrupting processing.
