Memory exhaustion via unreleased writer allocations

Memory leaks in ImageMagick 6 before 6.9.13-40 and 7 before 7.1.2-15 allow remote attackers to exhaust memory with crafted images. The BGR, CMYK, GRAY, RGB, and YCbCr writers allocate quantum_info but return after OpenBlob fails without destroying it. Repeated jobs reaching this error path retain 160-byte objects, allowing process memory exhaustion and a service interruption.
