Memory exhaustion via unreleased APP1JPEG buffers

Memory leak in ImageMagick 6 before 6.9.13-43 and ImageMagick 7 before 7.1.2-18 allows attackers to exhaust memory via crafted APP1JPEG data. In ReadMETAImage in coders/meta.c, the APP1JPEG branch attaches profile data to an IPTC blob but fails to destroy its StringInfo wrapper, while the JPEGEmbeddingFailed path omits release of the buffer blob. Exploitation requires a local or user-mediated workflow to process the crafted file; repeated processing consumes memory without affecting data confidentiality or integrity.
