Application crash via overflowing binomial kernel

Integer overflow in ImageMagick before 6.9.13-47 and 7.1.2-22 allows local users to crash image-processing applications. In affected releases, AcquireKernelBuiltIn computes factorial-based binomial coefficients from an unbounded user-controlled radius; size_t multiplication wraps and a later coefficient calculation divides by zero. Exploitation requires a local invocation or an application that accepts attacker-controlled kernel arguments, and it terminates the affected process without reported data disclosure or modification.
