Heap-buffer over-read via pixel-cache metadata desynchronization

Out-of-bounds read in ImageMagick before 7.1.2-15 and 6.9.13-40 allows remote authenticated users to read beyond a heap buffer. OpenPixelCache changes image channel metadata before allocating matching pixel-cache storage, leaving GetPixelIndex to use stale undersized memory. Exploitation requires high privileges and failure of both memory and disk allocation; any writer calling GetPixelIndex then performs the over-read.
