App ID enumeration via anonymous SECURITY DEFINER RPC

Information disclosure in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote attackers to enumerate registered app IDs through a public RPC endpoint. The public.exist_app_v2 SECURITY DEFINER function is granted to the anonymous role and returns a boolean after querying public.apps. No account is required; possession of the public Supabase key permits cross-tenant existence checks but does not expose table contents.
