App-ID enumeration via differential error responses

Information disclosure in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote authenticated users to enumerate sibling app IDs through its statistics API. The GET /statistics/app/:app_id route authorizes a scoped API key through the broader owner-user principal, then converts a failed sibling-app row lookup into a 500 PGRST116 response while nonexistent IDs fail earlier with 401. An app-limited read key is required; the oracle reveals only whether candidate sibling app IDs exist, enabling follow-on targeting without directly exposing app contents.
