Deleted bundle deployment via unfiltered channel joins

Stale-object selection in Capgo before 12.128.12 allows remote authenticated users to deploy deleted bundles through /updates. The backend marks app_versions rows deleted but leaves channel references intact, while both channel-to-version joins omit a deleted=false predicate. An authenticated app user must delete a still-referenced, deliverable bundle; devices on that channel can continue receiving removed code.
