Cross-organization account disruption via unscoped user iteration
Published Jul 12, 2026 · Updated Jul 12, 2026
Improper authorization in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote authenticated users to delete password identities across organizations. The SSO prelink-internal handler lists every platform user, filters matches only by email domain, and deletes each matched email identity without checking membership in the provider's organization. Exploitation requires org.update_settings permission and an active DNS-verified SSO provider; affected users lose password login until identity recovery.
