Unauthenticated plan-limit disclosure via unrestricted RPC

Authorization bypass in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote attackers to read organization plan limits through a Supabase RPC call. The public.get_current_plan_max_org function is granted to the anon role and joins billing tables for any supplied organization UUID without checking membership, RBAC, or API-key scope. Access requires only the deployment's public Supabase key and a target organization UUID; exposure is limited to plan-limit data such as MAU, bandwidth, storage, and build time.
