Unauthenticated API key metadata disclosure via exposed RPC
Published Jul 11, 2026 · Updated Jul 11, 2026
Information disclosure in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote attackers to retrieve API key metadata through an exposed RPC. The SECURITY DEFINER function public.find_apikey_by_value selects and returns a full public.apikeys row while granting execution to the anon role. Exploitation requires a valid key value and reveals its owner, privilege mode, organization and app scope, hash status, and expiration data without altering records.
