Unauthenticated identity and permission disclosure via RPC oracles

Information disclosure in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote attackers to expose user and authorization metadata through Supabase RPCs. The get_user_id and get_org_perm_for_apikey SECURITY DEFINER functions execute for anon and return distinct results for invalid keys, missing apps, user UUIDs, and permission levels. Only the public Supabase publishable key is required; the results validate already-obtained API keys and reveal identity and authorization metadata without granting direct data modification.
