Improper authorization in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote authenticated users to retain access to transferred deployment history. The transfer_app() routine updates ownership on the app and several child tables but omits deploy_history.owner_org, while row-level reads trust that stale field. Exploitation requires legitimate source-organization access and an application transfer; the former organization keeps historical visibility, and the destination organization loses it.
