Unauthenticated information disclosure via public RPC overload
Published Jul 10, 2026 · Updated Jul 10, 2026
Missing authorization in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote attackers to read foreign users' organization and billing data via PostgREST. The public endpoint accepts an attacker-controlled userid for the private get_orgs_v7(uuid) overload instead of deriving caller identity through the no-argument wrapper. Only the public publishable key and a victim UUID are required, exposing memberships, roles, management emails, and account metadata without authentication.
