Faster offline password cracking via weak bcrypt rounds

Insufficient password hashing in Flowise before 3.0.13 allows attackers to crack account passwords faster from stolen hashes. The getHash function in packages/server/src/enterprise/utils/encryption.util.ts passes a default cost of 5 to bcrypt.genSaltSync, producing 32 work iterations when PASSWORD_SALT_HASH_ROUNDS is unset. Exploitation requires prior access to stored hashes; the reduced cost accelerates offline recovery of account credentials without changing data or interrupting service.
