CVE-2026-56263Network attack vector

Operator browser script execution via unescaped monitor data

Published Jun 23, 2026 · Updated Jun 23, 2026

Stored cross-site scripting in Crawl4AI before 0.8.7 allows remote attackers to run script in an operator's browser via crawl requests. The monitor dashboard inserts stored crawl URLs and error messages into innerHTML without escaping, so malicious markup becomes executable DOM content. Exploitation requires an operator to view the affected dashboard after a crafted request is recorded, enabling script execution in the dashboard origin.
