CVE-2026-56261Network attack vector

Internal service access via unvalidated webhook URLs

Published Jul 10, 2026 · Updated Jul 10, 2026

SSRF in Crawl4AI before 0.8.7 allows remote attackers to reach internal services through Docker API webhook URLs. The /crawl/job and /llm/job handlers accept webhook destinations without checking private, link-local, metadata, or Docker-network addresses, so the server sends requests to attacker-selected locations. The self-hosted API must be reachable; successful requests can access internal services or disclose cloud metadata without altering data.
