Bundle deletion via mutable r2_path cleanup target

Improper authorization in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote authenticated users to delete R2 bundle objects through PostgREST. The app_versions update policy leaves r2_path mutable, and on_version_update passes that untrusted value to R2 deleteObject(). Exploitation requires an upload-capable API key; changing a controlled version's path before soft deletion makes the cleanup trigger remove another bundle and interrupt OTA delivery.
