Reflected XSS in GPT Researcher 3.4.0 through 3.4.3 allows remote attackers to run browser scripts via a crafted WebSocket task. The backend inserts the unencoded task into log messages, and the lightweight frontend assigns each message to responseDiv.innerHTML without sanitization. A victim must submit the crafted research task; the script then runs in the application's browser origin and can alter page content or initiate same-origin actions.
