Webhook forgery via exposed signing secrets

Information disclosure in Capgo before 12.128.2 allows remote authenticated users to read webhook signing secrets via Supabase REST. Row-level security permits non-admin API keys to select the secret column from the webhooks table instead of restricting it to administrators. Possession of a read-level organization key is sufficient to forge signed webhook events accepted by configured receivers.
