CVE-2026-5624Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Cross-site file uploads via disabled CSRF validation

Published Apr 6, 2026 · Updated Apr 6, 2026

Cross-site request forgery in ProjectSend r2002 allows remote attackers to upload files through an authenticated user's browser. The upload pipeline defines FILE_UPLOADING, causing includes/security/csrf.php to skip token validation, while upload.process.php accepts request parameters without a verified CSRF token. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to load an attacker-controlled page; the resulting request can upload an allowed file with that user's privileges.
